Professional Services – Consultant / Senior Consultant

What You Will Do:

The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for building the technical deliverables for customer integrations. This role requires a combination of technical, business analysis and customer  facing skills to be successful. Specific responsibilities include:

• Configure Constituo’s iPaaS to provide integration points per client requirements
• Assist and consult customer with documenting their business requirements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities such as troubleshooting and remediation to ensure the expected results
• Contribute to, and create, deployment best practices

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in any SQL database system (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, C/C++/C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, yet also independently on complex problems
• Strong problem solving skills and self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within technology organizations
• Ability to travel domestically as needed (up to 30% travel requirement)

A Plus If You Also Have:

• Experience with higher education ERP systems (e.g., Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, Jenzabar, etc.)
• Experience working with RESTful and SOAP Web Services
• Experience working with XML and JSON data
• Experience working with desktop (Windows, *nix) and web server (Tomcat, IIS) environments
• Business analysis skills
